Adelaide Clemens

Brisbane is where she was raised. Daughter of British father. Clemens her career as an actor began during her senior year of high school. She appeared on television in 2006 as a starred as Juliet in an episode of Blue Water High and in 2007 as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens was Harper in her role on the Showtime series Love My Way that year and received nominations for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Outstanding New Talent during the 2007 Logie Awards for the role. Clemens played the role as a character in Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film with Sigrid Thonton Xavier Sam Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. She also had minor roles on All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. The actress became Jan Logan's face in jewellery during that year.Clemens made the move her home to Los Angeles California in 2009. Clemens played Xandrie in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens co-starred with Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson along with Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis and Cary Elwes. The film was a dramatic adaptation of the novel by Madeleine L'Engle which had the same title. Clemens portrayed Heather Mason as a teenager and was in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. Silent Hill 3 sequel Silent Hill 3 sequel was an adaptation of The Silent Hill 3 horror videogame. Clemens was cast as Valentine Wannop a young suffragette. Clemens was the first actress to make her debut in film in the 2012 horror film The No One Lives with Luke Evans. Also, she starred in The Great Gatsby based upon F. Scott Fitzgerald's same-named novel. Catherine Wilson plays the elder sibling of Myrtle Wilson portrayed by Isla Fisher. Clemens portrays Tawney Talbot in Rectify (2013), created by Ray McKinnon for the Sundance Channel.
