Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics team in childhood. She earned her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, shortly after ending her childhood gymnastics career. Within a short time and a half, she was able obtain her Pro Card when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further her education. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to stage in 2015. It was the same as when she was at in her previous shows, which included those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed throughout the years following her debut, setting new standards for herself each time. She also won four fitness titles by the end 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying before completing her studies having earned her Professional Card. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the stage at the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division despite her lack of expectations. The competition was among some of the most talented athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. She usually does bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves onto her work sets. Ariel will also make the most of her workout time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice a week. The first day is light weight day and the second day being heavy weight.
