April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress, model and singer. She's portrayed Kandi for The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. She is best known for her role as Stacy Barrett, the American TV character in Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in Two and a Half Men. Her first job was modeling after which she went on to film and TV programs. Her first appearance was on a small screen, as an actor in the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. This was followed by appearing in one-off episodes of various other series. Then she landed the iconic character of Kandi for Two and a Half Men. Bowlby has gained worldwide recognition because of her performance as Stacy Barrett, in the famous TV show Drop Dead Diva. She was the main character of Elastigirl/Rita Farr in the American web show Titans. A spin-off of the TV series Doom Patrol will see her returning to the character. Bowlby has appeared in TV films such as Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. She made her big-screen debut with the feature film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. April Michelle Bowlby was an American actress who is most famous for her recurring roles on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men. Bowlby went to East Union High School in Manteca located in California. She moved there at the age of a small child. When she decided to pursue a career in acting her studies included French and ballet classes at Moorpark College. She studied with Ivana Chaubbuck, and was offered an appearance on a TV series (Kandi, Two and a Half Men), just a few months from she had her Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared on a number of TV shows including CSI in 2004, CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie in 2005 as Sydney as Sydney, and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 as Meg. Then, more recently, Bowlby has played the character as Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a 2007 film about a 12-year-old year old girl who loses her mother to an automobile crash. Bowlby will be starring as Mia the main character in The Slammin Salmon (2008). The actress lives in Los Angeles. Her hair naturally is red, and she has blue eyes. She's single and has no children.
